Fathima Farsana P I

She can help if you’re dealing with:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, or a mind that won’t settle
  • Adult ADHD
  • Depression, low mood, or feeling emotionally flat
  • Stress and burnout from work or life
  • Personality-related struggles or intense emotions that feel hard to manage
  • Relationship or marriage issues — feeling distant from your partner, communication problems, trust issues.
  • Family conflict or breakdowns in connection
  • Big life transitions or just needing a space to figure things out

How she works

Fathima doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. She draws from several proven therapy styles and blends them based on what actually works for you as a person. Whether you’re coming in alone or with your partner or family, she meets you exactly where you are, with warmth, patience, and zero judgment.

Her background

Fathima holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Psychology from Acharya Institute of Graduate Studies, Bangalore, and a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Psychology from MES College Marampally, Mahatma Gandhi University.

Alongside her core training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), she’s a certified EFT Practitioner and has gone on to build deep, additional expertise in:

CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) — for reshaping unhelpful thought patterns

This wide, well-rounded training means Farsana isn’t limited to just one method. She can genuinely tailor therapy to you; whether that means working through thought patterns, processing emotions, understanding relationship dynamics, or simply having a calm, structured space to be heard.

Why people choose her

Farsana believes emotional pain isn’t a weakness but information. Her goal isn’t to just help you feel better for a moment, but to help you actually understand yourself, build real coping tools, and walk away stronger than when you came in.

Ensuring Lasting Change

Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond individual sessions. The follow-up phase helps:

  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Reinforce positive changes and new skills
  • Prevent relapse by addressing challenges early
  • Ensure the sustainability of improvements
  • Plan for long-term success

Taking Action

With clear goals in place, we begin the transformative work of implementing practical solutions. During this phase, we:

  • Explore and practice new coping strategies
  • Develop skills to manage challenges effectively
  • Work through obstacles as they arise
  • Adjust approaches based on what works best for you
  • Celebrate progress and learning opportunities

Mapping Your Path Forward

Once we have a clear understanding of your challenges, we collaborate to establish meaningful and achievable goals. This includes:

  • Defining what positive change looks like for you
  • Setting realistic, measurable objectives
  • Creating both short-term and long-term goals
  • Developing a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs

Understanding Your Story

Through thoughtful exploration and active listening, we work together to understand the challenges you're facing. This phase involves:

  • Exploring your current situations and concerns
  • Understanding how past experiences influence present challenges
  • Identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
  • Gaining clarity on what's most important to address

Creating a Safe Space

The foundation of successful therapy is trust. We begin by creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel truly heard and understood. This initial phase allows us to:

  • Establish open and honest communication
  • Create a comfortable space for sharing your thoughts and feelings
  • Develop mutual trust and understanding
  • Help you feel confident and secure in the therapeutic relationship
